At Thobes Point, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have changed your mind or are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The thobe must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• The item must be complete and include all original components, tags, and packaging, where applicable.

• You may try the thobe on for size and fit, but it must not be worn, washed, altered, or damaged.

• Items showing signs of wear, washing, stains, perfume, or other damage may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item, as Thobes Point is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.

If approved, you may choose an eligible refund or exchange, subject to availability and any applicable conditions.
